Generally Public Liability of at least $20,000,000 will be required and you will also need to consider your stock, tools, plant and the contract works (work in progress).
Other covers are also available including Professional Indemnity, Legal Expenses and Management Liability.
High Value Home Insurance
Your unique home requires a unique insurance policy.
High value homes are generally those with a rebuilding cost of over $1,000,000. For homes like this a standard home and contents policy may not be the best fit.
